We serve automakers and auto body manufacturers by developing and supplying auto parts required in a new era of auto manufacturing. Examples include brake fluid and fuel hoses, which are critical to a car’s basic performance and safety; body sealing parts, such as weather strippings to keep out rain, external air, and noise; interior parts that enhance luxury and ride comfort; exterior parts that determine the styling and grade of a vehicle; and safety parts, such as steering wheels and air bags. The need is rising within the automobile industry to develop parts that make cars safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. To respond to these needs, we are actively developing new products and technologies jointly with Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd.

Establishing an auto parts quality control and
testing systemWe are closely scrutinizing our testing and quality control procedures. Because the production of auto parts involves many stakeholders including parts manufacturers and distributors, having a system in place to pinpoint and fix the cause of a problem is critical in preventing accidents. Whenever a fault in a product is found, we work with the part manufacturer to quickly implement remedies and prevent recurrence.

Our offices handle the assembly, processing, and packaging/shipping (logistics) of auto parts. To assure product quality, our shop floors are run in strict compliance with standard operating procedures. We also offer logistics services for delivering supplies, which ensures that each customer’s unique requirements are met.
